When you place an order, we will call you to confirm the following details:

• Postage address

• Postage price

• Desired shoe size

Once the postage has been paid, we will take a photo of your parcel at Australia Post being sent to confirm that the order has been dispatched, clearing showing your tracking number on the receipt.

We will ship overseas upon request. Our friends in the United States of America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and for that matter, any other continents or countries, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us to formulate a cost plan.

All orders come with a 1-year warranty, depending on the condition and state of the boot.

You may return the boot within 30 days if it doesn’t fit you properly, and we will send out another size

If you are able to travel to Warwick, you can try on the boots yourself + shipping fee will be waived should you purchase the boots.
